All Are Welcome

Welcome to Our Lady Queen of Peace (QP)!  Our parishioners make up a strong, vibrant community of Catholic faithful that we like to call our QP Community.

This community includes Our Lady Queen of Peace Parish with many ministries and more than 2,800 families, Our Lady Queen of Peace School with 500 students enrolled, and the Catholic Multicultural Center that helps countless brothers and sisters in need.

Together, we all work to achieve our tri-fold mission that encompasses:
Worship: focused on growing with Christ.
Word: focused on education.
Service: focused on giving back.

Whether you are a visitor or new to our parish, interested in becoming Catholic, seeking to return to the practice of your faith or already an active member of our parish, we’re so glad you’re here! We invite you to join us for Mass or become a part of our parish.

Our Pastor

Monsignor Larry Bakke

Monsignor Larry is a native priest-son of our parish, a long-serving pastor in the Diocese of Madison,  and a respected leader who has many natural relationships and connections here at QP. He has graciously stepped out of retirement to join us  at QP and will remain the Director of the Apostolate to the Handicapped.

"I am so privileged to be among you, as I have stepped into the goodness and vitality of this faith community. Thank you for your welcome and kindness. I am so grateful to share ministry with this marvelous parish!"
